1st MOBILE NOTARIES
NOTARY SIGNING AGENT
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
All parties hereto agree to the following:
- 1. 1st Mobile Notaries guarantees the complete and correct execution of the initial loan package(s) and all notarizations
thereon.
2. 1st Mobile Notaries are independent contractors establishing their own fees, service areas and hours of service.
1st Mobile Notaries are under no obligation or penalty to accept a Loan Signing assignment.
3. 1st Mobile Notaries agrees to travel at an agreed upon time to a pre-arranged location for the purpose of having
Borrower(s) sign a package of loan documents and to witness and notarize the signatures thereon. Upon completion of
the signing, 1st Mobile Notaries agrees to return the loan package(s) to client by pre-paid and pre-designated overnight
courier within 24 hours of execution of documents.
4. The fee to be paid to 1st Mobile Notaries shall be $125 per refinance loan and $150 per purchase loan per
visit/signing, including all travel, shipping supplies and confirmation of closing. Additional services (printing, faxing of
executed documents, same-day rush drop-off to overnight delivery service, re-scheduling due to late or revised
documents, printing of revised documents, resetting closing time, document preparation and on-site printing) are NOT
included in aforementioned fees. Additional fees for additional services required to complete signing assignment will
determined upon circumstance and included on invoice. See attached Fee Schedule.
5. Travel to additional signing locations and/or returning for execution of revised or additional documents shall require
additional fees depending on distance and circumstance.
6. 1st Mobile Notaries does not accept any reduction of fees for the Borrower(s) refusal to sign loan package or Borrower
(s) rescission of loan, pursuant to F.S. 117.107[12]).
7. All payment for services performed by 1st Mobile Notaries shall be sent to:

- 8. Invoices shall be paid upon receipt. Payments not received within 30 (thirty) days of the signing date will be assessed
18 (eighteen) percent late payment fees, plus interest and legal fees. Partial payments will not be accepted and unpaid
balances will be assessed late payment fees, interest and legal fees.
9. This agreement shall be binding under the laws of the State of Florida.
